- Obtaining death certificate from doctor or medical examiner, completing vital statistics information and filing with local registrar.
- Obtaining other legal authorizations for final disposition.
- Obtaining certified copies of death certificate.
- Contacting local and out of town newspapers and coordinating obituary and services information.
- Scheduling of services and visitations; perhaps a reception afterward.
- Professionally licensed personnel to conduct services and visitations.
- Coordinating plans with clergy, church or synagogue.
- Coordinating plans with cemetery.
- Notifying Social Security; applying for Veteran's benefits.

When you visit our home, our desire is that you and your family feel comfortable. Our children's area is just one way we seek to accomplish this.
Luncheons
More and more families we serve are choosing to have dessert coffees and luncheons in our facility. Our reception areas seat 100 and our building has a nicely supplied kitchen, complete with appliances. We serve parties of 100 on our partitioned north main chapel and 50 in the public lounge on our lower level, which is stair accessible.
The staff at Rolands is honored to assist families by ordering catering service foods for lunches and coffees or teas, and we welcome the use of these facilities, at no charge, to our customers' families, friends and church committees who wish to help serve. Seating is cushioned and background music, candle light, and table cloths give ambiance to the settings.
